Apply blush after powder for smooth, even look with no streaking.

When using a brow definer or brush on brow, the same method is used. Comb, apply with a brush and then comb again.

Shimmery eye shadow will grab onto even the slightest wrinkle and magnify it to frightening proportions - matte formulas and shadows with just a hint of shimmer are much more flattering for most women. A bit shine to your shadow can look great, but a really glossy or frosted formula is bad news for those of us who are beyond checking the "age 16-24" box.
